These drums have mylar skins and are a Canadian alternative to modern metal doumbeks and darabukas from the middle-east. They feature outstanding brightness and precision, with the depth and warmth of wood. The head design allows enough movement for them to be also fitted with a natural hide. They are available in 6,8,9 and 10 inch diameters.
$325 to $450 depending on the wood used and the size of the drum.
