Based on a modern classic design, where lugs draw a ring down to tune. Rings are steamed Yew and fasten to the drum body; external hardware is eliminated, so pure forms and usability are enhanced. The shape of these Doumbeks and Darbukas can be traditional or stylized. A light to medium thick skin is used. These are powerful drums with small footprints.
